A full-property spring clean-up and mulch refresh is one of the best ways to start the season with your landscape looking clean, intentional, and well cared for.

This service typically includes property-wide clean-up, bed preparation, and mulch installation, customized to your property’s needs and timing preferences. We’ll provide an upfront estimated cost to help with planning, with final billing based on actual time and materials.

We’re happy to either meet on-site with you or walk the property independently and provide an estimate, depending on your preference.

February and March scheduling is available. Earlier dates offer the most flexibility, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timing preferences.

Please note:

Spring clean-up and mulching services are billed on a Time & Materials basis
Labor is $75 per hour, with a ½-day minimum ($1,125)
Estimates are provided as a planning courtesy and are not a fixed price
